Local rentals are paid for when you return your equipment. Budget Truck does not assume responsibility for non-sufficient charges due to the deposit hold or any fees associated with the rentalįor One-Way rentals you pay for your rental when you pick it up the equipment and any additonal charges are calculated upon return. This hold can/will affect your available balance. When you use your debit card to confirm the reservation the deposit amount required will be processed as a hold. To do so now, please click on rates and reservations. You can set up your reservation with a credit card on-line and still pay by cash at the time of rental.

If you do not have a debit or credit card, you are more than welcome to make a reservation with cash or check, however to use thse forms of payment the reservation must be made a one of our neighborhood locations in person. If for some reason you do not find what you are looking for or your move requires other unique factors, please call one of our agents at our National Call Center for assistance at 1-80. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your reservation is available for modification. If you have any additions or changes please contact the pickup location indicated on your reservation. At this time we are unable to modify your reservation on-line after it has been confirmed. If you make a reservation on-line, you will receive an email with your reference number and letter verifying your reservation, including location details, rates, and helpful hints for your move. We encourage our customers to reserve their truck as far in advance as possible to lock in the best rates. These changes in pricing occur in a similar fashion to the airline, hotel, and car rental industries. Budget Truck Rental prices fluctuate on a daily basis depending on demand. Linnen holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from Misericordia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Psychology from King’s College.Budget Truck offers our customers a fast, four step process for getting rates and making reservations on-line.
Linnen served in various positions within human resources at Kraft Foods Inc. Linnen joined Avis Budget Group in 2001, and has since held positions of increased responsibility, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources for North America, Vice President of Labor Relations, Vice President of International Human Resources, Vice President of Domestic Human Resources, and Field Human Resources Director.
In this role, he oversees Avis Budget Group’s global human resources activities including: organizational development, labor and employee relations, talent acquisition and diversity strategies, total rewards strategies, equal employment compliance, health and safety, and employee engagement initiatives. Ned Linnen has been Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer since January 2015.
Rankin holds B.Com and B.Com (Honors) degrees from the University of Stellenbosch, in Stellenbosch, South Africa. In 2007, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of car rental, part of Barloworld’s automotive division that included southern Africa and Scandinavian car rental operations. Rankin began his career at Avis in 1998 and was appointed Chief Executive of Avis Car Rental Southern Africa in 2004. Barloworld is a distributor of leading global brands, providing integrated rental, fleet management, product support and logistics solutions – and a licensee partner of Avis Budget Group. Rankin joined the Company in June 2019 from Barloworld in South Africa, where he held the position of Chief Executive for the automotive division since March 2015. In this role, he is responsible for overall leadership of the company’s international region, which includes Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Keith Rankin is President of International, at Avis Budget Group.
